He said Iran's nuclear development is for peaceful energy, not weapons, described Iran's military as defensive, opposed both nuclear weapons and restrictions on peaceful nuclear development, said the nuclear issue cannot be resolved on the battlefield, and stated Iran will not relinquish its legitimate rights.
