Sept 24 — Corning will expand Polarcor™ glass polarizer capacity to meet rising demand from AI data centers and computing applications and has signed a multi-year supply agreement with an active photonics technology company. The expansion increases engineered glass polarizer output used in optical isolators and other laser optics, key components in advanced photonic systems. The supply pact secures long-term delivery for a major customer and the added capacity is intended to address rapid market growth.
