The National Sports Administration issued a notice releasing sports-technology innovation needs and soliciting solutions, targeting core pain points for high-quality development. The program concentrates on three priority areas—sports digitalization, high-tech sports goods and smart venues—and defines 14 technical directions and 46 specific innovation needs, including intelligent training and Data Talk; competition officiating and fairness assurance; high-tech sports equipment; smart fitness devices; wearables; digital twin and smart management; and green energy-saving and innovative construction. Confederation of British Industry (CBI) said its suppliers' orders balance fell to -62 in September from -29 in August, the weakest level on record since records began in 1983.
