Market sources say India does not intend to significantly alter its foreign investor dispute-settlement framework. New proposals would shorten the domestic-exhaustion period to two years before foreign firms can seek international arbitration and would exclude tax disputes from investment-treaty coverage.

Jeff Bezos has invested about $30 bln in Blue Origin since founding the company in 2000 to develop rockets, satellite communications and other space businesses. Documents reviewed by the Wall Street Journal show Blue Origin is running its first external funding round, has raised roughly $10 bln and is valued at about $140 bln. The company employs ~15,000 and aims to ramp commercial revenue to ~$800 mln in 2025, ~$1.4 bln in 2026 and more than $30 bln by 2030. Management identifies rocket launches, satellite communications and AI-enabled satellite services as the main growth drivers, and cites the heavy reusable New Glenn rocket as central to narrowing the gap with SpaceX.
