On Sept 25 local time, two locations in North Kordofan state, central Sudan, were struck by drones. North Kordofan's government said the state capital El Obeid was hit early morning, killing two civilians and injuring 20. The statement blamed the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), saying the strikes struck displaced-persons camps, fuel stations and residences and violated international humanitarian law. The RSF had no immediate comment.
