Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) said on the evening of the 26th that valves on the main pipeline linking the Sharara oilfield to the Zawiya refinery and export terminals were reopened after several days of closure, resuming crude flows. The NOC said it took measures to safely restart operations to ensure stable crude supply to the refinery and export terminals.

Faisal called for freedom of navigation in all international waterways—specifically the Strait of Hormuz, Bab al-Mandeb, the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden—said Saudi opposes using these routes as tools of coercion or to harm other states, and expressed support for peaceful, de-escalatory initiatives.
