JP Morgan strategists say the firm remains short duration on US Treasuries ahead
of the US nonfarm payrolls report and given technical positioning of long
holders, but its bearish bias is less pronounced than in recent weeks. They add
the front and belly of the Treasury yield curve have largely realigned with
fundamentals, providing some support to near-term yields.
