Samsung Electro-Mechanics said it will invest 4.27 tln won to expand package-substrate production at its Sejong plant, with the project scheduled from Sept 28, 2026 to May 31, 2028. The investment equals 43.6% of the company’s consolidated equity at end‑2025. Company said the final amount and timetable may be adjusted depending on project progress.
