China's State Administration for Market Regulation has approved seven recommended national standards for building-material combustibility test methods, effective Oct 1, 2026. The standards align with GB8624-2025 Classification of combustion performance for building materials and products, cover multiple key test dimensions, and form a comprehensive testing and evaluation system for building fire-protection materials.
