According to Iranian media Fars News, Iran's parliament deputy speaker said MPs are reviewing three emergency bills to withdraw Iran from the Nuclear Non‑Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

MOFCOM said China and the U.S. have agreed to establish a U.S.-China Investment Council under the bilateral economic and trade consultation mechanism. The council will create a formal platform for regular dialogue between the two sides on potential investment opportunities and barriers. Discussions will aim to improve policy transparency and predictability and to address legitimate corporate concerns, within each country’s laws and regulatory requirements.
