The Ministry of Science and Technology said tech-finance is playing an important
role in deepening the integration of technological and industrial innovation. It
has established a coordinated tech‑finance推进 mechanism with the PBOC, the
National Financial Regulatory Administration and the CSRC and rolled out a
series of measures; financing conditions for technology firms have significantly
improved. MoST said it will continue close cooperation with financial
authorities and institutions to prioritize policy implementation, strengthen
services, run pilot demonstrations and optimize the financing ecosystem to
smooth capital flows between technology, industry and finance.
