Sept. 29 — The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said at a briefing that since the national service‑industry conference 91 additional foreign‑invested companies have been approved for value‑added telecom service operation pilots, bringing the total to 221. The NDRC said service‑sector capacity expansion and quality upgrades are progressing and that it will strengthen all‑factor support, optimize policy supply, and implement tiered, targeted scheduling to accelerate policy rollout and support firms.
