China's Ministry of Finance said it will implement an interest-subsidy policy for residential home-purchase loans.

Argentina's state oil company CEO Horacio Marin said on the 28th the company's daily oil output is expected to reach 1 million barrels per day for the first time. Marin said the firm is in an expansion phase and could grow to more than four times its current size over the next few years. He identified the Vaca Muerta field in Neuquén province as the main source of planned production increases and a key driver of Argentina's oil and gas output and exports. Official data show July oil production exceeded 916,000 bpd, up 17.2% YoY and a record high.
