will be advanced through voluntary corporate compliance, seeking a balance
between promoting technology and ensuring safety. He said he will monitor the
outcome of that day’s meeting between AI executives and President Trump. Johnson
added AI firms want to demonstrate to investors, consumers and the public they
will develop the technology safely, which "will help move us in the right
direction."
