Goldman Sachs set a 12-month price target of HK$2.03 for SenseTime (00020.HK), based on a two-stage DCF with a WACC of 11.5% and a terminal growth rate of 2%. The bank met SenseTime executives in Hong Kong to discuss compute-platform expansion, AI strategy and customer-demand and client-base growth. Goldman says the company's multi-modal and long-context AI agent capabilities could deliver higher-quality outputs with lower token consumption in office and content-creation use cases, potentially accelerating customer adoption and AI spending.
