Haitong International cut Laopu Gold (06181.HK) target price 21% to HK$435 and maintained an Outperform rating. It forecasts 2026–28 revenue of CNY 32.255/30.263/32.896 bln (YoY +18.1%/‑6.2%/+8.7%) and adjusted net profit of CNY 6.823/6.443/7.127 bln. The broker cited a high base, weak consumer demand and gold-price volatility as drivers of operational uncertainty that prompted the PT cut while leaving the rating unchanged.

The Baltic Dry Index slid to a near one-month low, pressured by weak freight for larger vessels. The BDI fell 90 points, or 2.75%, to 3,178 — its lowest since Sept. 1. The Capesize index dropped 248 points, down 4.63% to 5,103, the weakest since Aug. 26; Capesize daily earnings fell $2,249 to $42,775. The Panamax index declined 12 points, or 0.50%, to 2,390; Panamax daily earnings eased $113 to $21,507. The Supramax index rose 7 points, or 0.39%, to 1,797, marking its highest level since August 2022.
