President Trump signed an executive order to launch a new AI-driven website that consolidates federal agencies' services onto a single platform, intended to give US citizens immediate access to information and simplify interactions with federal agencies, the administration said. The rollout comes as Trump pushes to accelerate AI deployment across the federal government and to bolster US leadership in the technology.

China A-shares were mixed at midday: Shanghai Composite +0.08%, Shenzhen Composite +0.41%, ChiNext +0.34%. Combined Shanghai/Shenzhen turnover stood at CNY 876.2 bln, down CNY 284.8 bln from the prior session. Breadth was positive with more than 4,000 stocks rising. AI-video names led gains, with iReader Technology and Chaoxun Technology among stocks hitting daily limit-up and other advancers including Zhidemai, Danghong Technology, Bona Film and Yinsai Group. Property stocks were active: Shenwuye A recorded a second consecutive limit-up and Binjiang Group hit limit-up. Solid-state battery stocks strengthened, with Wuhan Landian and several peers at daily limits. CPO-related names recovered, while cultivated-diamond and grain concepts underperformed; Wanxiang Denong and Jinjian Rice were at limit-down.
