It said 9N-grade TEOS targets semiconductor wafer manufacturing—used in CVD to deposit SiO2 dielectric layers for device isolation/interlayer insulation—whose primary customers are wafer fabs; validation is relatively complex, the company is actively engaging prospective customers and has purchased CVD equipment to assist validation and shorten the approval cycle.
