US drone startup Powerus, linked to Trump’s son, is seeking to bring Ukrainian drone technology into the United States to meet Pentagon demand.

Apple (AAPL.O) plans a major push into the smart-home market on Oct. 13 under new CEO Ternus, sources said. The centerpiece is a smart-home hub codenamed J490. Apple will also refresh the HomePod mini — its first update since 2020 — and introduce a new Apple TV set-top box, the first since 2022. The devices will showcase an upgraded Siri AI assistant that has been delayed multiple times; the hub will feature an approximately 6-inch square display and come in wall-mounted and desktop versions. HomePod mini and Apple TV will retain current designs but use faster processors to support more powerful Siri models.
