The G20 trade ministers met in Milwaukee on Sept. 30–Oct. 1. Ministers exchanged
views on U.S.-set agenda items — opposing weaponization of food, addressing
excess capacity, eliminating forced labor and adjusting MFN treatment — and
issued a joint statement only on opposing the weaponization of food; no outcome
documents were agreed for the other topics, MOFCOM said.
