Aramco set its November OSP for Arab Light to Northwest Europe at a $0.85/bbl premium to ICE Brent, and set its November OSP for US deliveries of Arab Light at a $4.60/bbl premium to Arab Light.

Saudi-led coalition said on the 3rd that Houthi claims of an attack on Riyadh were "misleading." Coalition spokesman Turki al-Maliki said losses the Houthis suffered in Taiz province and other fronts have prompted them to seek a "false victory" to divert attention. Earlier on the 3rd the Houthis said they used ballistic missiles and drones to strike an ARAMCO oil facility in Riyadh, achieving their objectives and "directly hitting" the target and causing a fire. The Houthis framed the strike as retaliation for Saudi strikes on Sanaa and other Houthi-held areas.

Iran's foreign ministry spokesman Baghaei said on the 4th at a press briefing that Tehran is willing to facilitate dialogue between Yemen's Houthi movement and Saudi Arabia to resolve the conflict. He said the solution is not economic blockade or bombing, that talks should follow a previously agreed peace roadmap, and Iran "is willing to provide all assistance to advance the process."
