President Zelenskiy said he convened a coordination call with government,
military and key departments. The defence minister and air force commander
reported on air-defence deployments and protection of critical infrastructure.
Ukraine is securing ammunition for F-16s, air-defence systems and interceptor
missiles, but anti-ballistic capability remains the main shortfall and supplies
for it are entirely dependent on partners; Ukraine is working with partners
daily. Zelenskiy said Russian forces struck several hospitals in Kramatorsk and
Kryvyi Rih yesterday; emergency services have responded and regional authorities
said they can handle such incidents. Officials have prepared additional
logistics solutions after strikes on Ukrainian supply lines. Ukraine said it has
received intelligence that Russia is preparing a large-scale strike and is
putting countermeasures in place, with most tasks assigned deadlines and
highest-priority measures already under way.
