International crude futures fell for a third session as markets grew more optimistic about resumed exports from the Persian Gulf. Qatar's foreign ministry media and communications director Ibrahim Hashimi said on the 6th that negotiations and information exchange among parties to the regional conflict are continuing via Qatar and regional partners, with diplomatic efforts under way to bridge differences.
