Intel (INTC.O) CEO Chen Liwu said the company will continue to participate in
Elon Musk's Terafab project. Musk earlier this week said he was in talks with
TSMC (TSM.N) over collaboration on Terafab. Intel signed on in April as a
development partner. The project is part of a global push by governments and
companies to expand semiconductor and critical-component capacity to speed AI
deployment; Musk is moving into advanced chip manufacturing. The news has dented
investor confidence in Intel.
