Effective from trading on Oct 13, 2026 (night session from Oct 12), the Shanghai International Energy Exchange set new intraday opening limits for non-futures-company members, overseas special non-broker participants and clients: crude oil futures SC2612 and SC2701 capped at 800 lots intraday; low-sulfur fuel oil futures LU2611, LU2612 and LU2701 capped at 1,500 lots intraday.
