He called for deeper integration of technological and industrial innovation to strengthen industrial and supply‑chain resilience, raise energy and resource security, and shore up national food security. The agency said it will timely design additional high‑leverage policy tools and operational measures to steer the economy toward higher‑quality growth and help meet annual targets.
