Saudi energy minister said at the World Petroleum Congress in Riyadh that,
despite recent attacks on Saudi energy and aviation infrastructure and ongoing
market and security volatility, the kingdom’s energy supply remains resilient.
He said energy resilience is not only spare capacity, pipeline counts or
generation capacity; it must also be measured by maintenance, repair, rerouting,
alternative supplies and recovery, and above all the ability to continue
delivering energy under pressure.
