City and county compute subsidies may be stacked under rules but cumulative subsidy cannot exceed 30%. Claimants must have annual compute procurement of at least 250,000 yuan. Suppliers must list no less than 50 PFlops of intelligent compute on the provincial compute platform and complete provincial registration. Vouchers cover compliant intelligent compute purchases for large-model training and inference, data labeling and data analysis.
