Handan Investment Promotion Bureau said that after implementation of the capital
no‑fly zone policy it matched an outward‑moving low‑altitude economy firm from
the Beijing‑Tianjin‑Hebei region with Linzhang County and secured the relocation
of Beijing Tianxun Chuangyi Technology Co. to Handan. The project comprises five
modules — North China regional headquarters, final assembly/manufacturing,
flight testing, operations & maintenance training, and scenario operations — to
be rolled out in three phases. The initial phase will occupy a 4,000 sqm factory
and targets annual production of 300 vertical take‑off and landing fixed‑wing
UAVs. The first batch of equipment arrived on Oct. 12, the bureau said, marking
Handan’s first Beijing low‑altitude economy relocation since the capital no‑fly
zone policy.
