A fair, trusted market attracts quality issuers and investors, supporting the long-term development and competitiveness of Hong Kong's capital markets, the regulator added, noting market integrity and sustainability are mutually reinforcing. The SFC said it will continue to take targeted, proportionate action against serious misconduct and will work with HKEX and market participants to support an efficient, competitive, high-quality listing market.
