Oracle urged federal regulators to promptly approve the Green Chile natural gas
pipeline to meet fuel needs for its large New Mexico data-center Project
Jupiter. In a letter to FERC, Oracle SVP Josh Pitcock said continued delay of
the Energy Transfer LP subsidiary-run pipeline would threaten Project Jupiter’s
construction schedule and associated jobs, economic activity and community
benefits. The Green Chile line is expected to deliver roughly 400 million cubic
feet/day to Bloom Energy fuel cells powering Project Jupiter; commissioning has
slipped to February 2027 from an earlier Aug. 15 target.
