China Customs said Jan–Sep trade with more than 180 countries rose. Trade with free-trade partners totaled 19.55 tln yuan, up 30% YoY, accounting for over 70% of external trade growth. Trade with other APEC economies was 24.07 tln yuan, up 23.9% YoY; trade with ASEAN 6.84 tln yuan, up 22.7% YoY; with the EU 4.78 tln yuan, up 8.4% YoY. Trade with the US continued to recover at 3.18 tln yuan, up 4.1% YoY.

Stats NZ said citizen departures to Australia rose to about 12,500 in the first three months of the year, the highest three-month total since March 2013.
