FT reports Zelenskiy said Ukraine will resume attacks on Russian refineries and
has lifted a previous ban on strikes. He said the US has withdrawn intelligence
support and that Starlink satellite internet was restricted during a major
Russian offensive, actions he called "dangerous" and deliberate. Zelenskiy said
he paused energy-target strikes for three days at US request, but Russia
continued heavy attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure that killed
civilians; during the pause Ukrainian forces stopped receiving US-provided
ballistic-missile warning data and Starlink throttling has degraded frontline
communications and mid-range strike capabilities. He said US officials warned
Ukrainian counterparts they would cut intelligence support if attacks on energy
facilities continued; the US later described interruptions as a technical fault,
which Zelenskiy rejected as deliberate.
