MOFCOM said it will press ahead with a "Five-Excellence" action, coordinating
with other ministries and local governments to promote quality- and service-led
competition in China’s e-commerce market, make higher-quality goods and services
easier for consumers to find, ensure merchants’ investments in quality earn
market returns, stimulate consumption, and support sustained healthy development
of China’s e-commerce sector.
