U.S. EIA weekly crude oil imports fell by 596,000 barrels in the week to Oct. 9; prior week down 53,000 barrels.

For H2 2026 Weishi will prioritise ramping its Huai'an facility to move awarded projects into volume production, optimise product mix and cut costs to improve operating performance, while warning downstream OEM demand and project timelines remain uncertain.
