Norway and fellow EFTA members Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland have
signed a free-trade agreement with Vietnam. The Norwegian government said once
the deal enters into force roughly half of Norway’s exports to Vietnam will
qualify for zero tariffs, and more than 98% will be tariff-free within seven
years. Negotiations were completed in July after multi-year talks.
