Responding to Ukrainian claims of restricted satellite communications, Rubio denied the U.S. government ordered a throttling of Starlink and said service has been restored. On recent violence in the West Bank, Rubio said the U.S. is deeply concerned, has urged Israel to crack down on the violence, and that President Trump has repeatedly said he does not want friction or a crisis there.

Iranian President Pezeshkian told the Islamic Consultative Assembly in Tehran that Iran will not submit to unreasonable demands or bullying from 'aggressive' states. He said the Iranian people will remain united and resist even at the cost of lives, and that the government and armed forces are working to strengthen national defense.
