On Oct. 18 Ukrainian President Zelenskiy told U.S. media Washington has resumed
sharing intelligence on Russian strikes after a pause that left Ukraine three
days without U.S.-provided warnings of Russian ballistic missile attacks. He
said while other countries assist, only the U.S. had information on when Russia
would use ballistic missiles. Zelenskiy added that although intelligence sharing
has resumed, Ukraine's use of the 'Starshield' satellite communications service
remains speed-limited and has not fully returned to normal.
