China’s CSRC has approved a first batch of nine actively managed ETFs for
listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, paving the way for on‑exchange active
equity products. The initial funds emphasize balanced, value and dividend
strategies; the exchange says it will proceed with issuance and listing, bolster
investment‑side capabilities and optimise liquidity services and block‑trade
mechanisms. Shenzhen has also rolled out ChiNext thematic ETFs (computing power,
fintech, batteries) as part of broader efforts to attract long‑term capital and
deepen public fund product innovation.
