Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co. has agreed strategic cooperation with CATL
and Times Electric Service Technology Co. to develop an intelligent battery-swap
ecosystem for new-energy vehicles. The partners will pursue two priorities:
system-level integration of vehicle, swap-station and cloud platforms via deep
linkage between CATL’s Chocolate battery-swap network and Huawei’s QianKun
intelligent driving; and Yinwang’s formal entry into CATL’s Chocolate ecosystem,
where Yinwang and strategic partners will handle vehicle-model adaptation and
network access to jointly expand the battery-swap energy-replenishment
ecosystem.
