On Oct. 19 at the White House, President Trump said Ukraine should be
represented in negotiations by someone other than President Zelenskiy, adding it
may be time for Zelenskiy to 'find someone else to talk'. He said the U.S. has
provided substantial support to Ukraine with 'no return' but that Washington
continues to share intelligence. Trump also said he would consider allowing
Ukrainians to remain in the U.S. under temporary protected status until the war
ends.
