Oct. 20, Guangzhou — Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group formally integrated Daan
Gene into its industrial system at a launch event. Party secretary and chairman
Li Xiaojun said the move will address gaps in high-end molecular diagnostics and
in vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices and build an integrated
R&D–pharmaceuticals–clinical testing–medical services ecosystem. Daan Gene will
be able to leverage Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group’s full industrial-chain
resources, established market network and diversified financing platforms to
broaden its development space.
