He said President Trump is frustrated by allegations that he deliberately harmed Ukrainian interests and by claims he ordered US intelligence sharing with Kyiv to stop. Rubio said Trump views accusations he intentionally acted to damage Ukraine as unfair and untrue, and is dissatisfied with Kyiv’s stance on resolving the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
