Axios reports Joel Kaplan will leave Meta Platforms (META.O) after 15 years as head of public policy.

Mohsen Rezaee, the Supreme Leader's representative and secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, told Pakistan army chief Asim Munir that all enriched nuclear material will remain in Iran — "not a single particle" will leave — and described the material as an important national asset for domestic use. Rezaee said Iranians and officials are united and will not negotiate until the US builds trust, adding that trust-building must begin with the United States meeting Iran's conditions.

U.S. officials said talks in Oslo on Tuesday included elements of a comprehensive peace framework: long-term security guarantees for Ukraine, a postwar economic and prosperity plan, and a broader European security architecture aimed at achieving lasting stability.
