On Oct. 20 the National Development and Reform Commission published a first
batch of 136 flagship major application scenario projects. State Grid led or
participated in more than 10 of the selected projects, which target engineering
priorities tied to frontier industries and major technology needs and focus on
high‑renewable integration, power‑compute coordination, and coordinated green
industrial development as templates for the energy system's green, low‑carbon
transition.
