DayOne Data Centers Ltd, a Singapore-based data center operator, is reassessing a planned US IPO amid rising sector volatility and is weighing a delay or a smaller offering, sources said. Options include postponing until market conditions improve or pursuing a reduced raise of about $2.5-3.0 bln, roughly half the company's initial target. Backers include Coatue and Hillhouse Capital; DayOne remains in contact with potential investors and intends to proceed when market conditions permit. Earlier plans targeted up to $5.0 bln in proceeds as early as Q4 and a valuation near $20.0 bln.
