Iranian President PEZESHKIAN said January's nationwide anti-government protests were primarily driven by social issues, and that citizens would cooperate if they trust the government and believe authorities are committed to helping and resolving their problems.

ZELENSKIY said air-defence problems remain unresolved. He said supply of missiles for Patriot systems has seen some progress but deliveries are extremely slow—slower than the flight speed of Russian missiles—and that pledging missiles then delaying delivery by one or two months is unacceptable.
