Faraday Future said FFR has completed its merger with FFAI Robotics, transferring all related businesses and assets into FFR and, as planned, issuing and delivering to FFAI the agreed common shares and non‑voting convertible preferred shares. The transaction marks FFR’s listing on Nasdaq.

CLSA says CNOOC Oilfield Services (02883.HK) posted steady Q3 results broadly in line with its full-year expectations and expects elevated oil prices to provide long-term support to the business. The company reported 9M net profit of RMB3.2 bln, about 70% of CLSA’s and the market’s full-year forecasts, slightly below the historical ~80% seasonality. CLSA maintains its H-share PT at HK$10.8 and its Outperform rating, and trims 2026–28 earnings forecasts by 4–6%.
