Zelenskiy said he spoke with Finnish President Stubb and Norwegian Prime
Minister Støre. He said both leaders had earlier spoken with Russia’s president
and conveyed requests that Putin ease strikes on Ukrainian energy and
infrastructure. The talks follow Oslo meetings with US, European and NATO
representatives and included preparation for a US–Russia–Ukraine trilateral
meeting planned for November, plus coordination with European partners to
support diplomacy, bolster Ukraine’s defence and maintain shared security.
