Boeing shares fell 9.2% intraday to an 18-month low after Q3 results. Adjusted
loss per share was $0.34 versus analysts' expected loss of $0.21. Revenue rose
4% YoY to $24.19 bln, above expectations of $23.84 bln. Supply-chain constraints
and production delays in the commercial-aircraft division offset margin
improvements in other units. CEO Kelly Ortberg said the 737 monthly production
target of 47 will not be reached until next year. Including today’s decline,
Boeing stock is down nearly 20% year-to-date.
